This PR updates documentation to reflect changes in TimescaleDB v2.23.0 where the partition column is automatically selected and a columnstore policy is created by default when creating hypertables. The changes remove the now-optional tsdb.partition_column='time' parameter from code examples and replace old API notes with new informational notes about the automatic policy creation.
